This looks to me like it's simply a mirror of the website unannounced to the project. I think the preferred naming is www.in.openbsd.org i.e. country code under the main openbsd.org domain instead of a whole new domain. I don't think there's malicious intent; perhaps someone representing the project officially should reach out to whoever's running the domain so it may be included as an official mirror. -- Shawn K.
