I've been using virtualbox to run OpenBSD for over 2 years and I'm happy with it. The only issue I had is when I have more than 3 snapshots for a guest OS (OpenBSD or others) and its hard disk is 20+G, VM export seems not work.
I tried VMWare Workstation and it works great too for OpenBSD, but since Virtualbox does not cost any money, I stick with it.
