You would need to have some win/linux around anyway (specific apps, flash, java issues...), so maybe you would like to have a look to SPICE protocol which could be used on your "future" OpenBSD clients to access win/linux machines (when talking about virtualization one could think about replacing ESXi/vCenter with oVirt - in oVirt or RHEV env you would need to have a look at spice-xpi [firefox plugin]).
