Not sure if it's still Sandrybridge http://www.lenovo.com/products/us/tech-specs/laptop/thinkpad/w-series/w530/ , but OpenBSD doesn't have KMS yet (just partiall parts) which means that most probably it will work, just don't expect much 3D power on Intel.
