mips64 is an architecture, various cpus call themselves this. the other
hardware's important too (this type of system is usually a SoC with
various other parts in the same IC package), absolutely no information
about this that I could find. (likewise for the mikrotik tilera thingy).

to run the base system, yes (though you might be a bit restricted on
logging on the machine). for package builds, not so much, and there
doesn't appear to be any removable storage, it looks like you're
stuck with the manufacturer's flash.

this is really down to the software running on it, you could have the
best hardware in the world, without technical information about how to
program for it *and* skilled people interested in doing so, it's still
just a paperweight.
