I didn't have a way to see that but just found

rndc dumpdb -cache :)

Do you have any other suggestion?
rndc stats in BIND 9.4 produces much less output than more recent BIND
versions. 

Eitherway, if the process size is nowhere near 4 and 5 GBs I don't think
I will see anythig different.
