Hi Everyone, I've been googling and reading but haven't been able to find anything that might help me solve a problem. Hoping you might be able to help. I haven't done anything with a ux system in years and forgot most of what I knew.
I purchased an ALIX2 with 3 network ports to use as a firewall. I installed the latest build of flashrd onto the compact flash. I'm connected to the Alix using putty and a serial port. I have to manually set the console during boot, until I'm able to get it to boot to the point where I can upate the /etc/boot.conf. I have no other ux boxes so have to do everything on the Alix. It seems to boot fine but when it posts the system date/time it hangs. I can't type anything. Any ideas?
