I am so not surprised... anyone who knows me is aware how many times I 
complained about "La Poste" (the French postal service).
It is a company not to be trusted for any shippings... each time I get the 
chance I use UPS or whatever; I'd rather pay a little more but be sure my 
package actually arrives.
