Well, you see, that's precisely what has me worried. (What, me worry? Yes, me worry.) I'd like to call this the MS-SCO manoeuvre: "Major company X paid me to 'license' this, therefore I really own exclusive rights to this (otherwise why would they have paid me), and therefore you, entity Y, have to pay me too."
