I don't know if it is coincidency, but I noticed the time the error 
last occurred was the time I have this cronjob for spamd-setup:

9 B  B  B * B  B  B  * B  B  B  * B  B  B  * B  B  B  /usr/libexec/spamd-setup 
 -d 2>&1 | tee /var/log/spamd-setup.out
