so, a couple of us made it to this year's BSDcan in Ottawa. Henning and Ryan gave a presentation to celebrate pf's 10th birthday. Claudio spoke about vscsi and iscsid. Kristaps talked about mandoc and Ingo about its integration into the OpenBSD tree. And as usual there was a quick OpenBSD status update.
I have just linked the "10 years of pf" slides and the ones for the OpenBSD update from http://www.openbsd.org/papers/, claudio, kristaps and ingo still have to do that for theirs. I realize we sucked in preannouncing our presence there... oups. Nontheless, this is a very nice conference and definately recommended. And: Montreal is close and worth a visit. Claudio and Ryan spent a day before here in Montreal, as I was supposed to, but for some reason the pilot didn't wait for me to show up. But we went back here after, so I got my share too, after not having been here for several years. About to leave for the last evening (for this trip, that is) in this nice city. I might take the opportunity to remind you guys that several OpenBSD devs will speak at EuroBSDcon in the Netherlands in October. You wanna be part of that.
