I did the upgrade 4.8->4.9 as lined out in http://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade49.html
Now I get in the daily insecurity:

Checking special files and directories.
Output format is:
       filename:
               criteria (shouldbe, reallyis)
etc/nsd.conf:
       gid (97, 0)

Did I miss anything? (I don't think so.)
Yes, I'd know how to correct this, though I'd rather make sure that everything is done the proper manner on both sides. I think that when one does

cd /tmp/etc
cp daily disktab man.conf monthly netstart nsd.conf pf.os rc rc.conf weekly /etc

as instructed in the Upgrade Guide, root:wheel is the outcome.
