Core Networks offers OpenBSD as one of their "supported" operating systems (http://corenetworks.net/faq/#3) and in some cases is cheaper for real hardware than for a VM (http://corenetworks.net/dedicated/clearance/, http://corenetworks.net/dedicated/discount/). They offer remote KVM and power and will mount an ISO for you for installs, I think they'll do the OS install for you if you want as well.
