pptpd reload config

I made changes in /etc/pptpd.conf and do
kill -HUP `cat /var/run/pptpd.pid`
but pptpd isn't reload their config, it die:(
I start again
/usr/local/sbin/pptpd
and nothing change for remote client - they are still receive
old IP settings from /etc/pptpd.conf
what is wrong?
