With BIGMEM enabled by default on amd64 is there any chance kern.shminfo.shmmax and its friends can be bumped up from a 32 bit integer?

Without that, we can only give PostgreSQL 2GB of shared memory.

Regardless, THANK YOU for enabling BIGMEM by default on amd64.
