Not to beat up on you, but I wish you would stop referring to this "problem" as if it was the fault of OpenBSD. Nobody else has ever reported this issue, and I've proven that this is not reproducible on my systems, which leads me to believe that you have a misconfiguration issue. You haven't provided enough information so as to accurately diagnose your problem.
