It was 10.3.0.0 earlier, then I changed it to a different port.  Either
way it does not work.

To route packets back to 10.3.0.0 I have a routing table entry on
192.168.0.2 that says for all 10.0.0.0/8 nets go to 192.168.0.4 - which
works, I can ping them from the 192.168.0.2 box.  Yes, there are 7
interfaces on the box.
