I think the developers need to address the problems that get brought up, too. I took the time to post a complete bug report (good and failing dmesg) about a bug that made an(4) crash the kernel and not boot 3.7 to misc@ and bugs@, then later sent it to the maintainer (mickey) , and got nothing each time, not even a "yeah, okay we got it" or "take a look in this part of the code or try this" message.
