I've set up a router on OpenBSD and bgpd. When I boot a multiprocessor
kernel, there is 0% CPU load. It looks like top and vmstat don't show
the utilization generated by interrupts.

With the uniprocessor kernel everything looks OK, top shows the
interrupt utilization about 30-40%. I've tried 3.7-release and 3.8-beta,
both with the same result. Below is my current dmesg.
