You apparantly missed the following in the panic message: RUN AT LEAST 'trace' AND 'ps' AND INCLUDE OUTPUT WHEN REPORTING THIS PANIC! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER REPORTING THIS WITHOUT INCLUDING THAT INFORMATION! ddb> It would also be helpful to include the output of 'pfctl -vvss' with some of these 'malformed' states.
