Yes, as long as they use different vhid's. If you have two different carp's on the same network with the same vhid, they will see each other's broadcasts and complain about it like that. make sure they are using a different vhid. because I tend to have only one class C or less per physical ethernet segment, we tend to follow the rule here of using a vhid that corresponds to the last byte of the ip address. i.e. if my virtual address I am carp'ing is 129.128.98.94, I will use vhid 94 for that. (I in face have about 10 carp's running simultaneously on that particular network). -Bob
