Hi there, I have a suggestion. How about a dhsyncd protocol/daemon? I mean something like sasync/pfsync that implements dhcp balance, takeover and lease distribution based on the geo location? So with this, one can build a fully redundant dhcp server on different sites connected by a bridge. On a loaded dhcp server, sometimes rsync/scp/ftp/etc tools can't handle the job about time, so a "dhcp statefull protocol" is the idea.
Just a suggestion.
