Is your directory a copy of the checked out directory from ports? You
have to have the CVS directory populated so it knows what to diff it
against.
I see that many files don't have the regular
$OpenBSD$ header, etc.

That's my first attempt to a port and I would very much appreciate some
help or guidance in how to send this in.
