amd64 install stops with :

............
wd0(pciide0:0:0): timeout
type: ata

pciide0:0:0: bus-master DMA error: missing interrupt, status=0x21
reboot and :
boot -c .....
disable pciide ...... continuing ...... (no wd* in dmesg) .....
then, of course, Install ends up with : No disk found
Anything else I can try before going i386 install only ?
