i fully understand this new approach, to give the people who actually bought cd's a better time, having it before everyone else. only problem is that with the current state of the ports tree, there are no openbsd stable packages, and the current packages dont work.
ok, this isn't a life and death situation, i can compile from ports, and its only two weeks until the packages should be up. but i really enjoy using packages, it would be nice if the packages were avaiable for the release at the same time that the cd's started shipping. but the actually install sets not until whenever the release date is.
