Period. End of discussion. If *you* want to distribute such software, that's your business. You probably even want to consult a lawyer before you do. (Incidentally, that's enough reason right there why OpenBSD won't touch the stuff. Valid or not, it's a decision that's been made, a line that's been drawn: no redistribution of software encumbered by licenses that are either excessively restrictive or that require a lawyer for interpretation.)
