Alright, good to hear. 17.2 will be released in August, hope it gets
there ;)

Right, it was a late addition to zesty, and with the vulkan code shuffle
in mesa upstream I can't manage to get it to build anymore :) It's
something stupid I'm sure (missing prototypes), but can't figure out
what's wrong with my tired eyes..

No, I meant Xmir. I understand the current version is almost
upstreamable? There might be 1.20 released in time for artful, getting
it there would be great.
