Hi Michal,

We welcome all new volunteers to work on Mir. You can find more information here:
  http://unity.ubuntu.com/mir/0.25/index.html
and please do help out with any bugs that interest you:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/mir

As for paid work, that is a different question. I'm not aware of a current job opening to work on Mir but you may want to check (regularly) the Canonical careers page:
  https://www.canonical.com/careers

It is a common theme that former Ubuntu volunteers have become Canonical employees, but one should not assume that will always happen.

Hi all,

I am C++ programmer with nearly 7 years experience and I would like to
involve in open source project such as Mir.

How can I start (by solving bugs or is other junior job opportunity) ?

Best Regards,

Michal
