I'd be happy with weekly (which I do already with the USA), but spanning
all timezones with one meeting isn't feasible...

It is good to talk, but there's no existing meeting to that requirement.
Do you prefer a daily 5min "standup" or something longer on a
weekly/biweekly basis?
