Hey all,

I've found the right person and got the CI team to change train landings from using "lp:mir" to monitoring "lp:mir/ubuntu" instead. So future Ubuntu release proposals should target lp:mir/ubuntu.

So we are free to use alias "lp:mir" for ourselves again. "lp:mir" will now always be an alias for the active development branch (as the design of Launchpad intended). Same as what lp:mir/devel points to right now. In fact there are now four ways (three aliases) to get to the same branch:

  lp:mir
  lp:mir/devel
  lp:mir/0.8
  lp:~mir-team/mir/development-branch

Later once everyone is used to typing "lp:mir", we can safely drop the redundant "lp:mir/devel" alias. Also note that after we branch 0.8, "lp:mir/0.8" will then no longer point to the development branch.

No code has moved at all. Just aliases cleaned up...

As an added bonus, the latest download link is now finally correct too:
  https://launchpad.net/mir
Not to mention the release graph makes more sense.

- Daniel
