It broke because cmake no longer unconditionally installs the
cmake-rpm-macros package this thing depends on:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/cmake/c/4b282d073f363be47b8eda11dea9a5b45073e59e

Can you please file a bug report about this in the Red Hat Bugzilla?

I'll work on a fix for this to attach to the bug report so we can get
it shipped out expeditiously.
