Unfortunately I don't know how to package for Fedora (or any other distro),
but I have found this:

https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-gtk4
https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-libadwaita
https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-gtksourceview5

How different is this from what Fedora needs? Or can this just be uploaded
as is to Fedora?...
