The spec needs to BR mingw{32,64}-filesystem >= 95 otherwise the spec
looks OK. Looks like I missed this when I reviewed mingw-wine-gecko so
you should add it to that package, too.
The only other problem I see is that you're requiring to execute a
binary during the build process. Some Fedora builders are PPC boxes and
building this package would fail until you hit an x86 builder.
