I've fixed mingw32-glibmm24 and mingw32-boost.

The reason is that c++config.h no longer defines
_GLIBCXX_HAVE_GTHR_DEFAULT

I haven't fixed mingw32-qt yet, it fails exactly the same way as native
qt, so I intend to "wait that one out".
