On linux, you can build and run the tests with "make
CC=x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc CXX=x86_64-w64-mingw32-g++ EXEC=wine test". On
native Windows it should work with just "make test". With llvm-mingw, all
tests build successfully, with GCC/binutils, with the version I'm trying
(GCC 13, binutils 2.41, from Ubuntu 24.04), it seems like 3 of the
executables fail to link.
