I think we had better remove those unknown functions.The goal is to provide the same set of exported symbols as cfgmgr32.lib from Windows SDK. There are only two symbols from cfgmgr32.lib, namely `CMP_GetServerSideDeviceInstallFlags` and `CMP_WaitNoPendingInstallEvents`; the latter is actually documented with a different name [1].
