Overall I think this is a good idea. I’m a little worried about splitting relevant information across too many places, but github issues/gitter/mailing lists are very dev-centric, and I think we need something that makes it easier to communicate with a larger audience, as well as provide an ‘official’ source of news, announcements, etc… for instance, I’d love to be able to sticky/categorise information, e.g.: ‘Nobody yes knows what GPU will be best for mining!’, ‘Yes, we’re planning a linear issuance schedule’ etc...
