I imagine it would be quite a problem to have snow/Ice stick on the dish.
No test data for that as they just came out this summer... I will let you
know by February ^_^

We will mostly keep them mounted in areas that can be accessed in the
winter to clean if needed. We are planning on gig packages for this stuff
so it will be more worth our time for the added maintenance.
