Nick,

On the Dude's Discovery tool, try changing the "Services To Discover" list
to only "routeros management" using the check boxes on the left.

I just tested it, and by checking only the "routeros management" Service, a
Mikrotik device populated my map, but not a device from different vendor
(Netonix, specifically).
