I haven't, but I had some exposure to their philosophy on configuration a year or so ago. Apparently an installation is defined entirely by the "Nix" functional configuration language. This makes things like rolling back to a previous state and propagating a state across machines extremely easy. I have no idea how well this works in practice, I'm told it works well. > > http://nixos.org > > Thanks, > Al > > Sent via mobile device > _______________________________________________ > Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org > https://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug > > Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) Vassar College * > Jan 6 - Why We Can'T Have The Internet Of Nice Things: A Home Automation > Primer > Mar 2 - Consuming The Cloud: Shoot Out > ============================================================================= michaelMuller = mmul...@enduden.com | http://www.mindhog.net/~mmuller ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reloaded. ============================================================================= _______________________________________________ Mid-Hudson Valley Linux Users Group http://mhvlug.org https://mhvlug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mhvlug Upcoming Meetings (6pm - 8pm) Vassar College * Jan 6 - Why We Can'T Have The Internet Of Nice Things: A Home Automation Primer Mar 2 - Consuming The Cloud: Shoot Out
