I'm attempting to install: mharc-0.2.0.tar.gz
I'm getting an error I just don't understand.

I read that this file does not exist.
"bin/../cgi-bin/.namazurc.in.dist"
However - It does.
If I execute the following command from the shell - It works just fine.
"/bin/cp bin/../cgi-bin/.namazurc.in.dist bin/../cgi-bin/.namazurc.in"
Can someone PLEASE tell me what I'm missing?
This is on box running FreeBSD
ANY help would be appreciated. I'm really looking forward to what this
program can do!
