The main reason for this is that I don't want to worry about people's configuration issues and spend time explaining them what they should do. I would really like my driver to have reasonable foolproof default behavior for everybody. It's not my intention to support driver developers. They can always find a way around things. Hopefully, app developers won't name their executable "Valley_x64". And everybody else will benefit.
