As mentioned in bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89328 there are some cases in mesa, where we generate sources for distribution builds (yet we should not).
This series attempts to tackle that, with one file outstanding - options.h. Afaict the last patch ought to fix this, but it falls short. Any ideas on how to resolve that are greatly appreciated.
