This series adds support for GLSL-1.30 clip distances on Gen4/5, and extends max clip planes to match the 1.30 requirement on Cantiga and later.
Passes 2000/2004 glsl-1.30 piglits on Ironlake. The missing 4 tests here are bugs in handling unusual `switch` control flow, and affect all gens. Passes 1975/2004 glsl-1.30 piglits on Cantiga.
