Hello,

please cherry-pick 7cb8764ca39cb7f325d6da10a8b11bf24adf2ae0
("intel: Add missing #include <time.h>", [1]) in the 9.0 branch.

The original commit message is not very useful. Under what
circumstances does it not build?

It's exactly the same problem as in the original report, that's why I
added the link.

"Since commit 006c1a3c652803e2ff8d5f7ea55c9cb5d8353279, the Intel driver
fails to build due to a missing time.h include.
Attached a trivial patch to fix that."

Yes, and the original report gives no indication of the circumstances leading to the failure. I want to understand why this problem occurs for some (you) and not for others (me).

Thanks,
Paul
