I had https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/4432 merged yesterday, so now the CI pipeline jobs only run by default if the pipeline was triggered by Marge Bot. Otherwise, they can be triggered manually, similarly to how non-MR pipelines have been working for some time already.
This normally shouldn't change anything for merging an MR, since Marge generally needs to rebase the source branch first, in which case the pipeline is triggered by her and runs automatically as before.
