Hi list, I'd like to announce the availability of 19.3.0-rc3. It's been a fairly quite week, mixed with me being out sick a few days, so there's not oo much in this rc. I'm sure that means -rc4 will be big. Zink dominates the list of changes, but there are a fiew other things sprinkled in here.
