Some shaders are actually faster, but things like the Deus Ex shaders
(and looks like especially the dolphin uber shaders are slower).

FWIW, a piglit gpu run also seems to take much longer with
R600_DEBUG=nir than without, and from experience that's likely also due
to shader compilation taking longer.


Yeah it could also explain the lower min fps in the recent phoronix benchmarks.

Still work to be done :) but things seem to be on the right track.
