There is a top panel, and on the right hand side the Online Accounts and Systems settings are not functioning properly. If clutter is downgraded to 1.0.4-1 I can open the System Panel, but the Online Accounts for WindowsLive displays a blank box and closes fine. The Google part locks up and I have to force quit. If clutter-gtk is set to 1.2.0-1 I can not open open System Settings or Online Accounts at all.
