These code changes were made in between some of the formatting changes. Unforunately we do have another formatting patch coming in after this, but I will keep that separate.
These patches are primarily focused on enhancing the BuilderGfxMem in our internal rasterizer and to support changes in the LLVM trunk going into version 7.0.0 v2 : accidentally included the wrong commits into the patch.
